ITBC Communication won a tender for the coordination of PARP’s participation in economic events

The Polish Agency for Enterprise Development settled a tender for the coordination of participation in economic events in Poland. The ITBC Communication agency, which specializes in events, PR activities, social media and digital, was selected for cooperation. 

The ITBC agency’s events department will be responsible for coordinating PARP’s participation in as many as 100 economic events throughout Poland or until the planned budget is exhausted. The events in which the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development will participate are aimed at entrepreneurs from the SME sector and startups, such as Infoshare, the G2 Forum or Dobra Firma. The scope of activities includes PARP’s image promotion and coordination of all activities related to the organization’s participation in selected events – from signing agreements with organizers and subcontractors, preparing the booth or providing promotional materials such as animations, videos and leaflets and brochures.

On the agency’s side, the ITBC Events department is responsible for working with PARP.

The framework agreement was signed in March 2023, and the agency undertook to coordinate PARP’s participation in 100 events or until the foreseen budget is exhausted. The value of the contract is PLN 2,000,000 gross.
